Track your order
Once your parcel leaves us you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow it below, or open your order directly from that email.
OPTION 1
I have a tracking number
Paste the number from your dispatch email. It works with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel and most other carriers.
Please enter your tracking number first.
OPTION 2
I don't have the number
Every order confirmation and dispatch email has a “View your order” button. That page always shows the current status.
What happens after you order
- 1 Order confirmed Confirmation email arrives within a few minutes.
- 2 Packed We pick and pack within 1–2 working days.
- 3 Dispatched You get a second email with your tracking number.
- 4 Delivered Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch within the UK.
